Terms & Conditions for Product Warranty

1. 1 year warranty is granted for control panel of iGUD-GSM101 and iGUD-AD102 against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
2. 3 months warranty is granted for iGUD-PA103 against manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty card must be shipped together with the defect product as a proof of warranty period validity for iGUD-GSM101 & iGUD-AD102. Use the receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claim for iGUD-PA103.
4. Customer is responsible to make sure there is no damage to the product shipped back to us for warranty claim. Therefore, proper packaging of the returned product is a must to avoid damage during shipping and handling.
5. The below conditions are not covered in the warranty of products:
   a.The damage is caused by careless usage, sudden accident, natural and man- made disasters.
   b.The damage is caused by unauthorized repair or change.
   c.The serial number of product had been modified.
   d.The damage of the product is caused by the process of transportation and carrying after purchased.
   e.The damage is caused by not using prescribed power supply.
