1. I stay in an apartment. Do I need an alarm system?
   Yes. Nowaday burglar targeted not only landed properties but also apartments and condominiums. Our home alarm systems are also suitable to be used in shoplot and business premises.  
    
2. How many detectors do I need for my house?
   Number of detectors needed depend on the number of windows and doors which might be the possible target of entrance for the burglar to get into the house.  Sometime user may want to install additional detector at specific location inside the house for extra protection.  
    
3. Is the home alarm difficult to install?
   Installation of a home alarm system is not as hard as you may think. We provide comprehensive installation manual and also email support to show you step by step of setting up and installing the home alarm system.
    
4. Will the alarm continue to function in case of electric cut off?
   Yes, all our home alarm systems come with backup battery. Please refer to respective product page for more details.
    
5. How long is the warranty period for home alarm products?
   12 months.
    
6. What type of maintenance is needed for the home alarm system?
   You only need to replace the battery inside the detectors. There is a low power indication feature in the detectors to give notice of low power. We recommend user to change the battery every 6 months for maximum performance.
    
7. What are the advantages of using wireless home alarm system compare to wired alarm system?
   Wireless alarm system provides more flexibility of adding components for future expansion of your security system where you can easily install components at preferred location. Wired alarm system often caused the wired to be seen on the structure of your building and sometimes you will need to do some drilling of concrete structure to hide the wired. This is not so convenient for existing house structure and it’s more difficult to add on additional components or replace non-functioning components in the future without expert help.
